It combines evidence-based strength and conditioning training with a one-of-a-kind web application to guide you every step of the way.   • Every 5 weeks, you'll receive a new strength-training program that builds on the progress you've made

  • Each week, you'll be guided through 3 workouts designed to work for you, regardless your experience level or what equipment you have available

  • The exercises and patterns you'll perform are based on the latest NSCA-backed research that are proven to make you stronger and healthier

  • Rather than be told a pseudo-scientific amount of weight to lift, you'll strengthen mind-muscle connection by listening to your body to achieve a target rate of perceived exertion for each set

A brand new kind of fitness app

  • Our web app provides everything you need for success: from program overviews and interactive workouts to mindful moments reflecting on the journey so far

  • Each exercise is paired with an easy-to-follow video, practical advice on form and technique, all the equipment you'll need, and a place to take notes on your experience

  • When an exercise isn't working for you, we'll recommend alternatives—switch any time before or during a workout!

  • No gimmicks or upsells: manage your subscription, cancel at any time, and know that all your data will be there for you when you come back (unless you ask us to delete it!)

Respect for your autonomy

  • Every exercise is available in three variations: full gym, home equipment, and bands & bodyweight

  • Our 5-week programs begin with an onboarding week to learn the new movements and end with a bonus grace week, so you never feel like you need to rush to catch up

  • Don't have time to lift 3 days a week? Configure the app to focus on just 1 or 2 workouts and go at your own pace

Becky Searls is definitely not another influencer, and she’s more than a personal trainer. Her experience in education, embrace of evidence-based research, and personable judgment-free approach sets her apart in an industry famous for baseless hype and scammy practices.

Spending over a decade as an accomplished foreign language teacher, Becky truly has the heart of an educator. When she learns something important, her first thought is always how to best share it with others. She also knows life's greatest lessons are found outside of the classroom. So as she dives deeper into research papers spanning health, fitness, nutrition, and psychology, she can’t imagine keeping all the useful things she discovers to herself.

That's what Better with Becky is: the place she translates cutting-edge science into practical tools and everyday advice for the rest of us.

That may explain why, as her debut product, Build with Becky doesn't look like other exercise programs. Yes, it will give you a great workout. But you won't believe how much you'll learn along the way, without even realizing it. And yes, you'll probably see progress toward your fitness goals.
